Guidelines for Students and Parents

Purpose of School Rules

Our rules are designed to maintain discipline, ensure safety, and create a respectful Islamic learning environment.

Parents are requested to cooperate with the school in maintaining these standards.

General Rules

Punctuality
  • Students must arrive on time.
  • Regular attendance is compulsory.
  • Leave application required for absence.
Uniform
  • Complete school uniform must be worn daily.
  • Neat appearance and proper hygiene required.
  • Black shoes and ID card compulsory.
Behavior
  • Respect teachers, staff and classmates.
  • No bullying or misconduct allowed.
  • Use polite and respectful language.
School Property
  • Maintain cleanliness of classrooms.
  • Do not damage school furniture or books.

Islamic Code of Conduct

Prayer & Values
  • Dhuhr prayer offered in congregation.
  • Participate in Quran & Islamic studies.
  • Practice honesty, patience and respect.
Modesty
  • Modest dress code must be followed.
  • No makeup or jewelry in school.
  • Islamic etiquette in speech and conduct.

Academic & Examination Rules

Homework & Assignments
  • Homework must be completed on time.
  • Bring required books daily.
  • Maintain neat notebooks.
Examinations
  • Minimum 75% attendance required.
  • No cheating during exams.
  • Mobile phones strictly prohibited.

Safety & Security

ID Card

ID card must be worn daily.

Prohibited Items

No mobile phones or sharp objects allowed.

Authorized Pick-up

Only authorized guardians can collect students.

Parent Guidelines

  • Attend parent-teacher meetings.
  • Check student diary daily.
  • Support school discipline at home.
  • Pay fees on time.
  • Update contact details regularly.
  • Meet teachers by prior appointment.

Disciplinary Process

Minor violations will result in warning and counseling. Repeated misconduct may require parent meeting.

Serious misconduct will be reviewed by the School Management and appropriate action will be taken as per school policy.
